Grassland Water District, Ducks Unlimited, and California Waterfowl join the chorus of organizations objecting to the State Water Resources Control Board’s Executive Director’s denial of the Projects’ request to reasonably share fresh water destined to flow into the Pacific Ocean.
Their letter underscores the adverse physical and financial impacts already being suffered by wildlife refuges south of the Delta and encourages the State Board to reconsider because of the high likelihood of compounded adverse impacts to refuges as a result of the Executive Director’s denial.
