Due to various conditions over the years the Delta-Mendota Canal concrete liner has separated from the earth.  During one of the United States Bureau of Reclamation inspection it was noted that these voids needed to be filled with grout.  Here you can see the combined canal maintenance crews from the Tracy and Los Banos field offices preparing the grout material and applying it the voids.
