Under recommendation from the United State Bureau of Reclamation, it was determined the need for an all weather access road from Byron Highway to the Jones Pumping Plant.  The Water Authority accomplished this by using recycled material from a previous job.  One of the obstacles the crew overcame was the drainage from the nearby natural springs.  As you can see the crew installed and under drain at this location.
