The C.W. "Bill" Jones Pumping Plant has many underground pipes feeding various pieces of equipment.
Over the years one of the pipes has corroded completely through the walls creating a void
approximately 15 feet deep. Canal Maintenance in coordination with the Civil Engineering
department analyzed and developed a plan to repair this void. Here are some photos of this
project as it unfolded.
