In addition to maintaining the Delta-Mendota Canal, the Water Authority is also responsible for maintaining 4 wasteways along the canal.  One of the infrastructures is the Westley Wasteway.  These pictures represent the before and after work performed by the Water Authority canal maintenance crew from the Tracy Field Office.
